​Most of the commercial services that we offer are meant to create large concrete areas. This is going to be things like parking areas, large walkways or an esplanade area. As with many of the different areas that we are able to build one of the biggest advantages that you can obtain with us is that we are able to create unique designs. What Stage Of The Project Are We Being Brought Into?
 
Do you have a set blueprint in place? Do you need us to help you design the type of area that you want to build? We can essentially come in and contribute to any commercial project. It’s important for us though to be able to understand exactly at what stage of the project we are being brought in. In the past, we’ve worked with many companies that were essentially in charge of a larger-scale project but wanted to bring us in to help with concrete flooring. We’ve also worked in other situations where we’ve had full control of the project. We can adapt the way that we work to any role in the project. All we ask is that we are clear on what type of role that is before we start.       
 
What Falls Under Our Commercial Service Label?
 
As we’ve mentioned before we label commercial services projects like working in parking lots or other large scale concrete surfaces. A private road could qualify as a commercial service because of the size of the project, and some of the permits that we may need to get to be able to build it. It’s just a label that we use though, it doesn’t represent added costs necessarily.

Parking areas and some esplanade areas are some of the more common commercial projects that we get a chance to work on, on a consistent basis. In parking areas, we want to make sure that we are able to build an even and smooth surface. With esplanade areas, we give you the opportunity to pick and customize the type of concrete that you want us to use in these areas. This can be a great opportunity to upgrade the entrance to any business building, which can improve the look and feel of the entire place.   
 
Permits & Other Legal Requirements  
 
With commercial services, there are usually some type of legal requirements that we have to cover. We know all of the permits and legal requirements that are required for each type of project. If we don’t know right off the top of our head, we will, of course, make sure to put in the proper research on these types of situations.
